in the age of modern internet, HR found many colorful requests formates from candidates. many of my juniors are requsting me to make a new design and stunning template for each requst they made for job.
in my opinion:
donot make a colorful designer and so called modern template cv for your first impression.
the beat resumes are simple, plain texte, not full of bells and whistles. the template may looks pretty but the are not parse into the ATS Automatic tracking sysytme easiliy and most resume are built in templates look like horror show on the other side of ATS firewalls.
be professional and avoide hactic templates:
